It is pre-installed with Microsoft 365 apps, corporate settings, and security policies, and managed centrally through Microsoft Intune. Users can securely connect from any device via the Windows App or the web, helping to ensure a consistent Windows experience.

    Windows 365 Reserve is for organizations of all sizes which need an efficient IT contingency plan—an affordable, pre-configured Cloud PC solution that is in place to help quickly restore productivity when physical devices are unavailable or short-term access is needed.

    No. Windows 365 Reserve provides the Cloud PC only. It does not include a physical device.

    Each license grants up to 10 days of Cloud PC access annually, which can be used all at once or spread out as needed.

    Once your paid subscription begins, cancellation policies vary based on your status as a new customer and your Microsoft product and domain selections. Learn more. Cancel your Windows 365 subscription any time by going to the Microsoft 365 admin center. When a subscription is canceled, all associated data will be deleted as provided in the Microsoft 365 retention and deletion policy.
