Our substitution policy ensures that if an item is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar item of equal, always prioritizing your preferences.

The Company does not provide a cancellation policy. However, under exceptional circumstances, if an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, the refund shall be initiated after deducting 2.5% of the order value as processing charges

For courier products, we deliver across India across all locations served by reputed courier companies. Currently, we do not deliver outside India.

Yes, you can send the Order to an Address different than the Registration Address. You will be given an option to send the Order to a New Address, on the Shipping Address Page after adding the Product to the Cart.

The estimated shipping time 5-7 working days. The shipping time mentioned refers to delivery in those areas covered by reputed couriers through which we send our consignment. In case a reputed courier does not cover a particular remote location then we will send the consignment by speed/registered Courier Services, which may take 8-10 Days depending upon the location.
