You'll come across recertified PCs in the outlet store as well as open box and as-is components. Recertified systems may have been lightly used for purposes such as display, photoshoots, or press reviews. They may also include canceled orders or customer returns. Regardless of their origin, each system undergoes a thorough inspection and rigorous testing process. We restore every unit to full working condition, update it with the latest drivers and BIOS, and ensure it meets the same performance and reliability standards as our brand-new PCs.
Yes, Outlet Store systems come with a 90-day warranty and original manufacturer warranties for original components.
All Outlet Store component sales are final and sold as-is, with no MAINGEAR warranty. Some items may still be covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
Yes. All fully built PCs sold through the Outlet Store are fully assembled, updated, and ready to go. Just plug in, power on, and play.

Some components may still be covered by their respective manufacturers for longer. If a hardware repair is needed, we’ll help diagnose the issue and guide you through next steps.
