@jcfr What if merge it with at least passing configuration step? I believe it's better to merge it partially than not to merge it again.

@jcfr I've added adopted several fixes from old try also make it build several Python versions: https://github.com/o01eg/python-cmake-buildsystem/actions/runs/22139806863
