matplotlib is imported in https://github.com/ipython/matplotlib-inline/blob/0.1.7/matplotlib_inline/backend_inline.py#L6
However, it is not specified in https://github.com/ipython/matplotlib-inline/blob/0.1.7/pyproject.toml#L30
